🌟 Exciting Update - Little Loose - where the adventure begins..! - Application forms now available - see below!🌟

We’re thrilled to share that Little Loose at Loose Primary School is really starting to take shape — and it’s looking fantastic!

Inside, the transformation is well underway. A brand-new kitchen and thoughtfully designed internal layout are being installed, creating a beautiful, large open-plan space for our youngest children to play, explore, and learn together in a range of carefully planned areas.

Outside, the nursery garden is also coming to life. The new play area is taking shape beautifully, and a canopy will soon provide a wonderful space for sheltered outdoor play, whatever the weather. We’ve also ordered a smart, secure fence to keep our littlest learners safe as they enjoy their adventures outdoors.

We’ve spared no effort in ensuring Little Loose is a truly special place — only the highest quality furniture and equipment have been chosen for the children’s environment. Everything has been designed with curriculum, creativity, and comfort in mind — because our youngest children deserve their potential to be limitless too!

We have recruited a new Nursery Manager Sophie Harper and she is getting everything organised so please keep an eye out for more information later this week. Please see her welcome message below and some information about her.

My name is Sophie Harper and I am now the nursery manager at Little Loose Nursery.

As a childcare professional with 14 years of management experience, my passion has always been creating a nurturing, safe, and inspiring environment where children can grow, learn, and feel valued. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting many children during their early years, watching them develop confidence, curiosity, and independence. Being part of that journey is incredibly rewarding and continues to motivate me every day.

As a parent myself, I truly understand the trust families place in us when they choose a childcare setting for their child. I know how important it is for parents to feel reassured that their child is safe, happy, and receiving the highest quality of care. This personal experience allows me to build strong, supportive relationships with families and ensures that we always keep the child’s wellbeing at the heart of everything we do.

My goal is to create a warm and welcoming setting where every child feels supported to explore, learn, and reach their full potential. I am deeply committed to working in partnership with parents to give children the very best start in life.

I look forward to meeting you all and showing you what we have created!

Before submitting your application, please ensure you read all the information carefully.

Due to the high level of interest from our initial survey, applications will be processed on a first come, first served basis. We will be open for 48 weeks of the year, so please refer to the funding calendar included in the fee guide for full details.

Please note that optional extra prices may vary over the next few months.
